A joint cooperation agreement was signed between the Syndicate of Technological Informatics Sciences and Al-Quds Open University. The agreement was signed by Dr. Maysoon Ibrahim, President of the Informatics Syndicate, and Dr. Samir Al-Najdi, President of Al-Quds Open University.

The agreement provided for the development of scientific and academic cooperation between the two parties through conducting joint research, organizing conferences, seminars and workshops, in addition to strengthening means of cooperation in implementing several programs and joint activities between the two institutions.
